James B. Fiscella has been practicing law since 1990. He has devoted much of his practice to the representation of Elders and their families with Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Trusts and Probate matters as well as Business Succession Planning. Mr. Fiscella is a Member of the New York State Bar Association's Elder Law and Special Needs Planning section and the Trust and Estates section of the American Bar Association. He has an advanced Law degree (LL.M) in Estate Planning and Elder Law from the Western New England School of Law.
