He also handled a matter for a corporate client that involved primary and secondary financing through a Small Business Administration lender for over $6 million dollars. Mr. Fiscella has sucessfully litigated many real estate disputes that involved commercial leasing, deposit forfeiture, loan foreclosure, boundary disputes, breach of contract, and landlord/tenant litigation. Mr. Fiscella is also well versed in 1031 exchanges which has become an invaluable tool given the state of our current tax law.
